The classes are slated for 10.00 AM to 18.30 PM on workdays with course inputs on language awareness and analysis, grammar, learning, and teaching context as well as professional skills development. Training also includes sessions of observed teaching, teaching practice, and feedback.

You are expected to spend your evenings and weekends on written assignments, which are a part of the continuous assessments and lesson planning in preparation for teaching practice. Weekly written assignments cover what you have been taught in class and how you can apply such in your own classrooms.

We adopt a teaching methodology that emphasizes learning by doing; hence, teaching practice is an integral part of the course. You will teach real-life students and improve your skills through honest feedback from our experienced tutors.

Entry Requirements

You should be 20 years old by the commencement date of the course (trainees can be accepted over 18 at the center’s discretion).
While the course itself does not require you to have a degree, you should have a standard of education equivalent to that required for an entry into primary or higher education.
Have a strong command, awareness of English language with equal skills over verbal and written English so as to follow the course and complete the assignments.
